This evening I decided to make a chicken and rice casserole. I used my Char-Griller Gravity 980 and some pecan wood for some great flavor! This meal is always a hit – give it a try!

– 2.5 lbs chicken breast (about 3 breasts)
– 2 cups water
– 2 cups white rice uncooked
– 1 10.75oz can cream of celery soup
– 1 10.75oz can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 10.75oz can cream of chicken soup
– 6-7 pads of butter
– Salt and Ground black pepper to taste

– Heat up your grill to 400F
– Combine all ingredients in casserole dish
– Place 6-7 pads of butter on top
– Cook for 45 mins to an hour and check temp
– Remove from grill once your chicken hits 165F
– Let rest 10-15 minutes
– Enjoy!
