Today I did some pulled beef using a chuck roast on my Char-Griller Gravity 980! It turned out amazing!

Ingredients:
– Chuck roast
– Your favorite rub
– Apple juice

Directions (how we did it today):
– Pat down chuck roast and apply your favorite rub
– Set grill/smoker to 215F
– Cook for 2 hours, then check and spray
– Spray each hour until internal temp is approx 150F
– Spray again, wrap in tinfoil until internal temp is approx 205F
– Let rest 30-60 minutes
– Pull apart and enjoy!
