There’s nothing like bone-in chicken thighs on the grill. They can take the heat and come out juicy every time.
I grilled these on my Char-Griller Gravity 980 charcoal grill. I seasoned them and then put them on the grill for about 40-45 minutes at 375 until the internal temperature was about 175F.
