Cooked up an amazing spiral ham today on the Gravity 980!

– Smoked spiral ham
– Apple Jelly
– BBQ Sauce
– Your favorite rub

– Heat up grill/smoker to 250F
– Coat ham lightly with your favorite BBQ rub
– Place ham on wired rack, then place rack on grill grates
– Check on ham hourly until internal temp is 120F
– Mix 1 part apple jelly with 1 part of your fav BBQ sauce on stove until it liquefies.
– Apply glaze to ham
– Continue to cook ham until internal temp is 140F
– Slice and enjoy!
