Here is a great meal for a cold night! Spaghetti Casserole with lots of melted cheese!

– 1.5 lbs ground beef
– 1 box spaghetti noodles
– 2 jars spaghetti sauce
– 1 pack cheddar thick cut cheese
– 1 pack mozzarella thick cut cheese
– 1 large french bread loaf
– 1 stick butter
– minced garlic
– Italian seasoning

Directions for baked spaghetti:
– Make spaghetti how you normally would
– Place in casserole dish
– Top with both packets of cheese
– bake for 30 minutes at 350F

Directions for DIY Garlic bread:
– Cut bread in half lengthwise and widthwise to end up with 4 pieces
– Mix butter, minced garlic and italian seasoning in a bowl
– Coat bread with mixture
– ‘Sandwich’ loaf back together, wrap in tinfoil, bake at 350F for ~10-15 minutes
– Unwrap your bread, place face-down on grill until crispy to your liking
