Today I smoked some St Louis style ribs and they turned out awesome!

Mostly used some lump charcoal with some hickory splits.

Ingredients:
– 2 racks st louis style ribs
– 1 jar char-griller ‘ribs’ rub
– honey
– 1 stick butter
– apple cider vinigar
– brown sugar

Directions:
Bring pit to 250 degrees F using lump charcoal and optionally hickory splits. Cook ribs meat-up for the first 2-3 hours, then wrap, adding honey, brown sugar and butter. After 2 hours, unwrap and cook an aditional hour or so – so the end temperature is around 195 degrees F.

Cut up and serve!
