Sure, we use the freezer for some ground beef – but if you get a great price on it, you’re going to end up wasting freezer space when you can use it for other things!

This video is an outline of what you can do to keep plenty of ground beef just in your pantry!  These will last at least a year – some people swear that it’s fine 4-5 years – or more.  When using a pressure canner – please make sure you’re following a trusted recipe to ensure no one gets sick.
