For dinner tonight I made some fish-n-chips on the 36″ Blackstone Griddle!

I got the recipe from the Blackstone site:

Beer Battered Fish & Chips

4-5 Large Idaho Russet Potatoes, Peeled and Cut into Strips
3-5 Pieces of Meaty White Fish like Grouper, Cod, Haddock
1 Cup of Flour
1 Beer (Corona Light is used in this Recipe)
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
1/2 Tablespoon of Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch

The fish we used was haddock and the beer we used was Corona Light.
