I realized that I haven’t done a sausage rolls video in almost 3 years, so this time I did it with a twist.. adding in some pepperoni – it was really good!

Ingredients:
– 2 Puff pastry sheets
– 2 Pounds shredded pork sausage
– Bunch of pepperoni
– 1 Egg
– Uncle Steve’s Shake “Sweet n’ SpicyR
– Everything bagel topping

Directions:
– Thaw out puff pastry sheets
– Roll up some pepperoni and pork sausage into the puff pastry
– Top with eggwash, then everything bagel topping
– Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to stiffen up
– Cut into 1.5” pieces
– Set grill to 400F
– Toss em on grill
– Cook until 165F internal temp – may take about 20 minutes
– Enjoy!
